Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Home Renovations Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of home renovations, including concrete finishing, masonry, carpentry, cabinet installation, and construction management.

Duties:

- Perform a wide range of renovation tasks including concrete finishing, masonry work, cabinet installation, and trim carpentry.
- Manage and oversee renovation projects from start to finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of renovation plans.
- Estimate construction costs and create project budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in home renovations with expertise in concrete finishing, masonry, carpentry, and construction management.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of hardscape design and installation is a plus.
